ughugh ignore this
thanks to me not having fitness this year (stupid people didn’t put it on my schedule and I couldn’t transfer into a class), I haven’t really been doing fitness all year
the stairs in my school take energy for sure, but aren’t enough
I keep telling myself I’ll run everyday for say, 25 minutes, but I never do
instead, I sit on my computer for hours
I eat tons, but I don’t exercise to balance it out and I’ve gotten really out of shape
I keep gaining weight
I used to be slim, I’m not so much anymore
fuuu
over summer I MUST DO FITNESS
like run around my neighborhood or something because this is really bad
fdskjlafjkdskjwtf tara, you’re like the thinnest person I know. you should try rollerblade, I know it probably sounds lame, but it’s actually really fun, and it keeps you in shape. :)
tara - we should do it together. i need to get back into running too. but if you start, make sure to get good shoes (preferably fitted for you at a running shoe store) so you can prevent from getting nasty things like shin splints or knee injuries or ankle or arch injuries. and always stretch before and after. :B
